Terms & Conditions

By submitting an enquiry and placing an order with SweetSomethings, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Orders & Booking

All orders are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your booking is only secured once a non-refundable deposit has been received.


Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of order confirmation

Orders are not booked in until the deposit has been paid

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery


Design & Customisation

All cakes and treats are handmade and bespoke.

While every effort is made to match requested designs, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
Colours, finishes and decorations may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the product.


Cancellations & Changes

Deposits are non-refundable

Cancellations made close to the collection or delivery date may require full payment

Minor changes may be possible depending on notice given and availability


Allergies & Dietary Requirements

SweetSomethings operates from a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs.
While dietary requirements may be accommodated where possible, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.


Collection & Delivery

Collection and delivery details will be agreed at the time of booking.
Once an order has been collected or delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.


Liability

SweetSomethings cannot be held responsible for damage once the order has left our care, including damage caused by transportation, storage or environmental conditions.
